Bad Behavior to Blame in Robin Thicke, Paula Patton Split
It seems Paula Patton and Robin Thicke's marriage started to crumble months ago.
Sources tell TMZ that it was Robin's raunchy performance with Miley Cyrus at the VMAs in August that caused the relationship to unravel.
Insiders say Paula felt “utterly disrespected” when Robin played along with Miley's onstage antics at the award show, which included some graphic simulated sex.
Earlier reports indicated that Paula knew about the sexually charged dance number in advance, but now sources say it was improvised and caught her off guard. They say she was enraged.
It gets worse. When Patton saw the picture of Thicke with his hand on another woman's backside at one of the VMA after parties, she supposedly “went nuclear.”
The couple reportedly never recovered. Last week, Paula told Robin it was over, but he is trying desperately to win her back, but will it twerk? The singer confirmed the rumors to TMZ, telling the site, "I'm just trying to get her back." See the video below.
