Luke Bryan Reveals His Pre-CMA Awards Ritual
“Extra” talked with country singer Luke Bryan about performing tonight at the 2013 Country Music Awards and his pre-show routine.
Bryan, who is up for Entertainer of the Year, said, “Before we do a award show, we huddle the band up and say a little prayer. Then we just high-five each other and get out there and soak it up. These big awards show performances, it doesn’t get more exciting than that.”
Luke is also thrilled to be hitting the road in January, sharing his three must-haves for when he’s on tour. “Coffee. I haven’t done caffeine in two weeks, but by next year, I can get back on coffee. Also gotta have some beer around, and clean underwear.”
