Amanda Bynes: Will She Be Home for the Holidays?
Actress Amanda Bynes is on the road to recovery and could be home with her family for the holidays, says TMZ.
Sources tell the site that the 27-year-old, who has been at a Malibu rehab center since September, is “sufficiently stabilized” thanks to meds and psychological counseling.
The “Easy A” star is reportedly on track to move back into the family home as early as December, under the supervision of her mother. Lynn Bynes was granted a temporary conservatorship in August.
In late July, the former Nickelodeon star had been involuntarily committed for psychiatric evaluation after she was arrested for setting a fire in the driveway of a home in Thousand Oaks, Calif.
After staying in a Ventura County psych ward, Bynes was moved to UCLA Medical Center in August, before transferring to The Canyons rehab facility in September.
