Report: Jennifer Lopez Eyes Hamptons Mansion
Singer/actress Jennifer Lopez has reportedly agreed to pay $10 million for a sprawling summer home in the Hamptons, says the New York Post.
According to the Post, the mansion in Water Mill, NY, sits on a private cul-de-sac and has eight bedrooms, seven baths, a theater, pool and more amenities.
The former “American Idol” judge has toured the estate several times in recent weeks with her 5-year-old twins, Max and Emme, and boyfriend Casper Smart, 25.
Built in 2004, the home was previously listed as a summer rental, going for $425,000 from Memorial Day to Labor Day!
