“X Factor” judge Demi Lovato has undergone a mini-makeover, trading her brown hair for blonde locks!
The singer revealed her latest look of straightened hair with bangs swept to the side, at a Washington, D.C. event where she received a special award for her work as a mentor to young adults with mental health and substance use challenges.
Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius, and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration presented the honors.
Demi completed her transformation with a sophisticated ivory fit-and-flare dress paired with a matching blazer.
