Matt Damon 'Kidnaps' Jimmy Kimmel, Takes Over Show!
Actor Matt Damon finally exacted revenge on Jimmy Kimmel, after being “bumped” from his late-night show for the past 10 years. The Oscar winner kidnapped the host, duct-taped him to a chair and made him watch as he brought a bunch of famous friends, including Ben Affleck, Demi Moore, and Kimmel’s ex, Sarah Silverman, to toy with the funnyman. Nicole Kidman even gave Jimmy a lap dance!
Damon deftly took over the "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" hosting duties, but he had a lot of help along the way. During his opening monologue he joked, “This is like the time I lost my virginity, except this is going to last way longer than one second,” before handing the task over to Robin Williams. Sheryl Crowe backed up the “Promised Land” actor as guest band leader for the night.
Matt hit a bump in the road when BFF Ben Affleck sabotaged the cue cards in support of the hostage host, calling Jimmy smart, funny and an “excellent lover.” As Affleck walked off the set, Damon shouted, “He doesn't even love you like I love you! You'll see!”
Then came a series of celebrity video messages praising “M.D.” Oprah told him, “You have a gift, my friend. Not everybody can host a show. I know that is true. Great job.”
Nicole Kidman shocked the crowd when she gave Jimmy a lap dance, telling Damon that she had never done the show before because Kimmel’s “not classy” and because he “f**king sucks.”
After visits from stars like Reese Witherspoon, Demi Moore, Amy Adams, Gary Oldman and Andy Garcia, Matt invited Sarah Silverman onstage. Damon explained to the crowd that Sarah “dated Jimmy Kimmel for five years and made love to me for two incredible minutes.”

Matt stole the spotlight on Thursday, but it was all about Jimmy on Friday. The late-night host received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. "Extra" caught up with Kimmel at the ceremony to get the inside scoop on how he and Damon pulled off the hijacking episode.
