"Scream 4's" Hayden Panettiere isn't letting her designer duds sit around collecting dust.
Instead, she's donating her red carpet dresses to Prom for All, a DoSomething.org campaign that rallies communities to organize dress drives, in which glam gowns go to girls in need.
