Demi Moore Out of Rehab, 'Working on Herself'
Actress Demi Moore is in "a much better place," says People.com.
The 49-year-old recently sought treatment at an undisclosed location after collapsing in convulsions at her L.A. home five weeks ago -- and is now ready to move on.
"She has been working on herself a lot," an insider told People.
Following an island getaway with friends, Moore returned to L.A. over the weekend.
Now back at home, "she is content," said a close source.
