Halle Berry's Ex Will Not Be Charged for Allegedly Pushing Nanny

Halle Berry's baby daddy, Gabrielle Aubry, will not be criminally charged for allegedly pushing his daughter's nanny while she was holding 3-year-old daughter Nahla, according to TMZ.

An L.A. City Attorney spokesman said there was "insufficient evidence" against Aubry, 36.Aubry still needs to follow a judge's order that he can only visit with Nahla while under the supervision of a monitor.
