Jasmine Waltz on Arquette-Cox Homewrecking Rumors
Actress/model Jasmine Waltz sat down with "Extra" to talk about the rumors she broke up David Arquette and Courteney Cox's marriage.
After their split was announced earlier this year, Arquette called-in to the Howard Stern show and said he had "slept with a girl once, maybe twice" but insisted it was after the separation.
Now it's Waltz's turn to speak out. "I've never really come forward and spoken in my defense. When someone says that they're separated, you trust them, and I did trust him. I didn't think it was going be made public."
Waltz continued, "People who are close to me know I'm not trying to go around and sleep with a married man. It's just not me."
To add insult to injury, one of Waltz's non-celebrity ex-boyfriends released a sex tape. The actress admitted, "I was sort of bummed about it for a while, and tried to put a stop to it and I couldn't. There was nothing I could do about it, and now I just have to sort of accept that and move on from it."
Jasmine is now going mainstream, landing a role in Cinemax's new "Femme Fatales" series. "That's like the beauty of life," she laughed. "You live and you learn, and you accept and you go on. And just know that tomorrow will come and I will be all right."
