"The 2011 TIME 100" list from TIME magazine names the world's most influential people, including artists, activists, reformers, researchers and stars.

Teen sensation Justin Bieber nominates Charlie Sheen for the most influential person of the year, noting Sheen's record-breaking one-million Twitter followers within a 24-hour period and, of course, his "Tiger Blood."
