George W. Bush's Daughter Supports Same-Sex Marriage
Barbara Pierce Bush, 29, twin daughter of former President George W. Bush, has joined her mother, Laura, and a growing number of former administration officials and high-profile New Yorkers in publicly expressing support for same-sex marriage in the Empire State.
The younger Bush appears in a new online PSA video for the Human Rights Campaign, a gay rights group. Watch the PSA!
This comes as advocates make a renewed push to legalize same-sex marriage in New York, after the legislature blocked it in December 2009. Barbara, a Yale grad, lives in Greenwich Village and works for a subsidiary of the Smithsonian.
