Trailer! Jeff Bridges in 'True Grit'
Directors Joel and Ethan Coen are putting their particular stamp on "True Grit," a remake of the 1969 John Wayne classic that earned Wayne his one and only Academy Award. This time, the eye-patched, grizzled U.S. Marshal Reuben J. "Rooster" Cogburn is being played by recent Oscar winner Jeff Bridges. It also stars Matt Damon and newcomer Hailee Steinfeld as the 14-year-old girl who hires Rooster to find the man who killed her father. Watch the trailer!
