Rue McClanahan's Favorite 'Golden' Moment
Rue McClanahan was pure wise-crackin' gold as the randy Blanche Devereaux on the legendary series -- and she shared with "Extra" her all-time top "Golden Girls" moment.
"My favorite is when Blanche is trying to get the 'Rusty Anchor' back from Dorothy," McClanahan told "Extra" back in the day. "And sings on the top of the piano 'I Wanna Be Loved by You.'"
"Rue said, 'I might as well tell you, I'm getting a divorce,' and she looked up and there was a live mic over her head, and she said, 'My God, I haven't even told my mother yet.'"
