Jesse James Out of Rehab
Sandra Bullock's estranged husband Jesse James is apparently out of rehab and back home.
He was spotted dropping off his kids at school in Long Beach Monday after spending the past month at Sierra Tucson Rehab Facility in Arizona... and he's not wearing his wedding ring.
TMZ has obtained a letter from Jesse James mistress No. 2, Melissa Smith, who wrote an apology to Bullock for her alleged affair with the "Monster Garage" star.
Smith wrote to Sandra, "I felt I needed to reach out to you and tell you how deeply sorry I am for everything that you've been through."
"I am sorry for any hurt or pain that I have caused you," the letter continues. "My actions of engaging with a married man are unforgivable. I never meant you any harm."
