Bethenny Frankel is Engaged!
It's a reality TV romance! "The Real Housewives of New York City" star and celeb chef Bethenny Frankel is engaged to boyfriend Jason Hoppy after dating for 11 months.
Frankel broke the news to People magazine and shared the story of the romantic proposal. On October 8, Frankel came home to her Upper East Site apartment to find over a hundred lit votive candles and rose petals scattered in the hallway.
Hoppy got down on one knee and said, "You are the love of my life. Will you marry me?"
He presented Frankel with an 8-carat sparkler with a 6 œ-carat pear-shaped center stone flanked by two side stones from Manhattan jeweler Kristin Farrell.
The couple met in December 2008 at Tenjune nightclub and have not set a wedding date.
