Palin Quits!
At a press conference on Friday, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin announced she would not seek a second term as governor, and the former beauty queen said she would resign from the governorship by the end of the month.
The governor's spokesperson confirmed Palin would resign on July 26.
Palin didn't take any questions, gave no reason, and did not say what her future plans are.
