Chris Brown Charged with Two Felonies
Good guy gone bad Chris Brown has been officially charged with two felonies.
The "Forever" singer -- who allegedly beat up his pop star girlfriend Rihanna -- has been charged with assault and making criminal threats.
Brown will have an opportunity to tell his side of the story when he faces a judge this afternoon in Los Angeles.
