Mug Shot: Hudson's Ex Brother-in-Law
"Extra" has obtained the mugshot of William Balfour, a "person of interest" in the case of Jennifer Hudson's murdered mother and brother. Balfour is the estranged husband of Jennifer's sister, Julia, mother of 7-year-old Julian.
Police have not yet positively identified a body found this morning in Chicago as that of the missing boy, but the Amber alert has been canceled. Balfour is being held on a parole violation.
