Ashley Tisdale Gets a Nose Job
“High School Musical” star Ashley Tisdale has had a nose job, People is reporting.
The 22-year-old blonde beauty went under the knife Friday, but she's insisting the decision wasn't cosmetic. She says she had trouble breathing because of a deviated septum.
Tisdale says she wants to remain a role model for young girls and isn't advocating plastic surgery.
“I didn't do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I did this to help my health,” she told People, adding, “I just want to be honest because my fans are everything to me."
