Lindsay Lohan Continues to Party
Lindsay Lohan got out of rehab barely a week ago, but it looks like she's already back to her old ways.
“Extra” spotted the 21-year-old starlet leaving a West Hollywood club this morning – at 3 a.m.!
She spent the whole night partying at notorious hot spot Winston's. This follows a wild weekend in Las Vegas, where she partied until the sun came up.
