'The View' Sets the Record Straight: Rosie Perez NOT Fired
All is well on “The View”!
Earlier this month, false reports began circulating, saying that Rosie Perez had been fired from the daytime show, but it's not true.
The actress was simply taking some time off to prepare for her role in Larry David's upcoming Broadway show, “Fish in the Dark.”
An ABC rep told Page Six, “We look forward to welcoming the multi-talented Rosie Perez back to her seat as co-host on the panel on Feb. 3 after completing rehearsals.”
The spokesperson continued, “She brings her rich life experience and passion to the table, something we've sorely missed while she's been away.”
