The "Dancing with the Stars" contestants heated up the dance floor in Week 2, showing how Season 14 is a real ballroom battle!
"Extra" was backstage for all the reactions. Our own Maria Menounos, dancing with broken ribs, had a small misstep in her quickstep with partner Derek Hough, but still managed to score 25 points. Maria confessed, "Bruno told me he was going to give me a 10 until I screwed up and then I wanted to die!"
Sherri Shepherd admitted she, too, had a moment where she forgot some steps with partner Val Chmerkovskiy. "I looked at Val's face and he's like, 'What the heck are you doing?' I'm like, 'I don't know."Check out the top 5 highlights from Monday's performances!
Welsh singer Katherine Jenkins was surprised at her ability to turn on her sex appeal. She laughed, "I'm amazed that I managed to shake my naughty bits!" She danced the jive with partner Mark Ballas.
The other steamy performance of the night belonged to William Levy and partner Cheryl Burke. Maria joked to Levy, "Sherri and I have a whole plan so watch you're back, baby!"
In fact, the "DWTS" folks experienced a snafu when, after Maria and Derek performed, they flashed the voting number for William and Cheryl! Maria said later, "So they used my number to advertise for William."
As for who might be eliminated Tuesday, tennis player Martina Navratilova, who has the lowest scores so far, fears she may be going back to the tennis courts. When asked by partner Tony Dovolani what was going through her mind while she was performing, Martina laughed, "Not a whole lot, apparently!"
