Abdul: Still No 'Idol' Deal
Tweet! Paula Abdul has taken to her Twitter to dismiss rumors that she's finally signed a deal with the producers of "American Idol."
The unsigned judge wrote, "Hey guys, I have not made a deal with #IDOL. Don't know how that rumor got started but it's not true as I still haven't heard from the producers."
Earlier this week, Simon Cowell told "Extra" that he hoped Paula would return as a judge on the show. "She'll be fine. She'll be on the show... I don't get a lot of say. I've just made it clear that I want Paula on the show."
The show's host, Ryan Seacrest, also expressed his desire to see Abdul at the judging table again. "I think as far as I know, you'll see everybody back. I hope so."
