Ben on Strike: 'Every Day is a Shame'
With news that the writers strike could put the Oscars in jeopardy, Hollywood is speaking out.
Ben Affleck, honored last night at the National Board of Review of Motion Pictures with an award for Best Directorial Debut for "Gone, Baby, Gone," said he hopes the strike ends soon.
"Every day that it goes on is a shame," Ben told "Extra."
But with wife Jennifer Garner by his side, Ben turned to supporting his little brother, Casey, and his Best Supporting Actor win.
"It makes it really kind of a special deal because how often does that happen?" he said.
But how does it feel for Casey to share the limelight with Ben?
Casey laughed, "It takes a little away from it, you know!"
