Rupert Murdoch Engaged to Jerry Hall
Over the weekend, media mogul Rupert Murdoch popped the question to Jerry Hall after four months of dating!
The engagement news was announced in the London Times newspaper, which is owned by Murdoch's News Corporation.
A spokesperson told the newspaper, "They have loved these past months together, are thrilled to be getting married and excited about their future.” Murdoch, 84, and Hall, 59, were introduced by his sister and niece in Australia.
This will be the fourth marriage for Murdoch, who divorced Wendi Deng in 2013. This will be Hall's first legal marriage — she walked down the aisle with rock icon Mick Jagger in 1990, but the marriage was declared invalid when they split in 1999.
No date for the wedding has been set.
