Submit Your Nomination for Rack Room Shoes’ Teacher of the Year Contest
We’ve all been inspired by fictional teachers on TV like Mr. Feeney from “Boy Meets World,” or in blockbuster hits like “Dead Poets Society” with Mr. Keating. But now more than ever, everyday teachers are the true stars as they navigate the effects of the pandemic and continue their goal of educating our nation’s future leaders.
To celebrate these real-life superheroes, Rack Room Shoes has launched its annual Teacher of the Year online contest that allows individuals to nominate educators who encourage and nurture students’ goals while giving back to their schools in a unique way. Rack Room Shoes will award five winning schools a technology grant valued at $10,000 each, and every winning teacher will receive a $500 Rack Room Shoes gift card.
