J.Lo Reveals Marriage Advice from the Notorious RBG
Over the weekend, Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez hit the red carpet for the gala in Toronto celebrating Lopez's new film, the highly anticipated “Hustlers.”
The superstar was with “Extra's” Renee Bargh, talking about recently turning to Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg for marriage advice. Jennifer said RBG, who was married to Martin Ginsburg from 1954 until his death in 2010, told her, "'It's good to be a little deaf.' She was like, 'That's what my mother-in-law told me on my wedding day,' and me and Alex were like, 'Yeah, not blind — deaf.'"
Lopez stunned in yellow ruffled Maison Yeya gown with a new bob 'do, fresh off a yacht in Saint-Tropez, where she vacationed with Rodriguez. “Yes," she said of the new look, "I had to get my hair layered."
Saying the trip was great, she revealed, "It was really fun. Relaxing." The couple even spent a night on the town to celebrate Magic Johnson's birthday, which she called, “So fun. Yeah, we went out one night. It was nice.”
"Hustlers" is already getting award buzz, about which J.Lo said, "It feels great. Especially with a movie like this, where it's women behind the camera, women in front of the camera, women directing, women producing, women starring. It's not something you see every day.”
When it comes to the pole dancing her character does, J.Lo admitted, "It was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do as far as learning something for a movie... This was definitely challenging."
J.Lo always looks amazing... so how will she top her fashion looks for her wedding? "I have no idea," she said. "I'm not even there yet."
