L.A.’s Palomino Club shuttered its doors in 1995, but the iconic venue is reopening Oct. 8 for a special concert to benefit the Valley Relics Museum.
The lineup includes Palomino veterans Jim Lauderdale, Rosie Flores, James Intveld and his Honky Tonk Palominos, as well as original members of the Palomino Riders house band. Original Barn Dance founder Ronnie Mack is tapped to emcee the festivities.
The night kicks off at 7:30 p.m. and will feature a BBQ dinner, artifacts from the museum collection, an auction fundraiser and more. Purchase tickets here!
The Palomino Club opened in 1949 and was a popular venue for artists like Johnny Cash, Rose Maddox, Emmylou Harris, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings and others.
