LL Cool J Takes Down a Home Intruder
Mess with LL Cool J and his crib and you're going to be in a world of hurt.
Reports say the “NCIS: Los Angeles” star confronted an alleged burglar in his Los Angeles residence early Wednesday morning and ended up knocking the guy down in a physical confrontation.
LAPD confirmed to “Extra” that they responded to a 911 call and that the intruder was a 58-year-old white male. They did not give any more details.
The unidentified prowler suffered a few minor bruises, says E! Online, and was taken to a hospital by the cops. The suspect is described as a transient, and police could not immediately say whether he had a criminal record.
LL (real name James Todd Smith) is doing just fine, thank you. His rep said in a statement, "LL Cool J, and his family, are safe and thank everyone for their thoughts and concern. As a father, husband and citizen, he is committed to keeping his family safe and is cooperating with authorities on this private matter."
