Taylor Armstrong Received Death Threats, FBI Investigating
"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Taylor Armstrong received several serious death threats on Twitter Sunday night, prompting the FBI to get involved, according to RadarOnline.
A message from @Hardboiledpeggs read, "see u on February 7 ill be there with a book and a rope so i can kidnap u. (sic)" Taylor, who is scheduled for a book signing event on February 7, will have increased security at the New Jersey location.
A startled Armstrong responded to the scary tweet, writing, "Don't ever contact me again." The next threatening message mentioned Taylor's young daughter, Kennedy. "Turn around bright eyes every now and then, Kennedy's dead."
The reality star, 40, was vacationing in Vail, Colorado when she became aware of the hostile tweets. A law enforcement source revealed, "Taylor absolutely freaked out when she read the death threats. These were credible, serious threats against Taylor and her daughter, Kennedy. The tweets that were sent to Taylor have been turned over to the FBI."
The source added, "Taylor will be consulting with security professionals to assess what changes she needs to make in order to protect herself and her daughter. She is also assisting the FBI with the investigation, and wants the person responsible for the threats prosecuted."
Armstrong's estranged husband, Russell, committed suicide at a friend's house last summer.
