Britney Caves -- K-Fed Keeps the Kids
Britney Spears' battle to win back her boys is resolved -- the recovering mom settled with Kevin Federline in a move that gives sole custody to her former husband and backup dancer.
K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told OK! magazine, "Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time." He added, "Kevin is ecstatic and so are the boys." Right now, she sees her boys two days a week with one overnight -- under supervision.
The settlement, which came late last night, means the exes will avoid a messy trial. Britney lost custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James last year following her very public breakdowns and hospitalizations. She remains under the conservatorship of her father, Jamie.
