Britney Spears has regained the right to visit her kids, “Extra” has learned.
According to People, Brit was seen driving around Los Angeles today with sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, in the backseat. What appeared to be a court-appointed monitor was sitting in the front.
Just Wednesday a judge stripped Britney of visitation for the second time, but on Friday, Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told “Extra” that he expected Britney's rights to be reinstated “fairly soon,” perhaps before their next court date. He added that Kevin is not trying to keep Britney from the kids, but rather he wants the boys to be "in a structured environment."
Both Britney and Kevin will head to court on Oct. 26.
