Brandy Responds to Wrongful Death Suit
In multiple court papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, Brandy Norwood responded to a wrongful death suit filed against her.
The suit is a result of an accident she was involved in last year on December 30.
In the papers, Brandy answers the suit/complaint and “denies each and every allegation in the complaint and further denies that plaintiff's have been damaged in any sum or sums whatsoever.”
Additionally, Norwood “alleges and asserts her Fifth Amendment privileges” and requests a jury trial.
