Anne Heche’s Husband Files for Divorce
In what has turned into a highly publicized split, the husband of “Men in Trees” star Anne Heche filed for divorce Thursday, and he wants Anne to pay spousal support.
“Extra” obtained the divorce papers, which list “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce.
Anne's estranged husband, Coley Laffoon, is asking for spousal support and wants joint custody of the couple's 5-year-old son, Homer.
Laffoon's filing comes just days after reports surfaced that Heche was having an affair with her “Men in Trees” co-star, James Tupper, who recently split from his wife.
