Insiders say Khloé is working hard to stay healthy and fit during the pregnancy, explaining she eats “smaller meals throughout the day” while doing “more cardio” and “less intensive” workouts.

The 33-year-old is one of three sisters in the family who is expecting. Her older sister Kim has confirmed that she and husband Kanye West are expecting a baby via surrogate, and little sister Kylie Jenner is reportedly expecting a child with Travis Scott.
