Taste the Holidays with Cap’n Crunch’s Christmas Crunch!

Christmas Crunch Mix
16 Servings
INGREDIENTS
½ cup popcorn kernels = 15 cups popped, unsalted popcorn
8 oz. Vanilla Candy Melts
1 ½ cups pretzel sticks or small twists
1 ½ cups Cap’n Crunch’s Christmas Crunch
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper, and spread popcorn and pretzels evenly on baking sheet
2 Melt white chocolate according to package directions, and use spoon to drizzle evenly over cereal and popcorn
3 Stir so that the mixture is evenly coated
4 Drop Cap’n Crunch’s Christmas Crunch evenly over mixture
5 Allow the chocolate to set and mixture to firm up — about 30 minutes — before serving. Store covered in cool place.
Cupcakes with Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries
INGREDIENTS
3 cups cake or all-purpose flour
1 cup + 1 tsp granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoons salt
4 large eggs
10 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup non-fat milk or milk alternative
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup crushed Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries
INSTRUCTIONS
Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat to 350°F. Line 2 standard (12-well) muffin pans with paper liners; set aside.
Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
Add the eggs, oil or butter, milk, and vanilla and mix with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until smooth, about 3 minutes. Fold in the sprinkles. Do not overmix or the sprinkles will streak the batter.
