Hot on the heels of an explosive season of "The Real Housewives of New York City," Bethenny Frankel — who famously unloaded on Countess Luann de Lesseps in a climactic episode — has posted about some changes she's making in her life.

View StoryOn Instagram Friday, along with a photo of herself in a skimpy green bikini, Frankel wrote, "Really taking this summer thing seriously...I made a personal commitment to change my life, slow down, say no more, do less, and focus on my health. Without it, we have nothing."
She may have been referencing her boyfriend Dennis Shields, who died unexpectedly last summer.
"I am having the most incredible summer with my daughter," she went on, "the greatest joy of my life." Frankel shares custody of 9-year-old Bryn with her ex, Jason Hoppy.
