For some #wednesdaywisdom I thought I’d give a few tips that helped me on my #weightlossjourney Try not to obsess if your weight fluctuates a bit, as women we go up and down depending on the time of the month. Walk to where you need to go... I walk absolutely everywhere with Batel. Don’t shop in bulk, I literally walk to the market every other day and purchase a few items I need. Let yourself get hungry in between meals. I used to eat before I actually felt hunger pangs... now I listen to my body not just social food cues. Last tip, DOCUMENT your progress! The former adult film star has lost a whopping 80 lbs. since the birth of her daughter Batel in April 2017.

Jenna credits the Keto Diet and intermittent fasting for helping her shed the pounds, but recently offered some more tips for those trying to lose weight.

Jameson wrote on Instagram, “Walk to wherever you go… I walk absolutely everywhere with Batel.”

She added, “Don’t shop in bulk, I literally walk to the market every other day and purchase a few items I need.”

195 lbs vs. 120 lbs i would just like to make a few statements. When I was heavy, I was shamed by quite a few media organizations. Answers to my most asked questions. What hours do you intermittent fast? 6pm to 11am 5 days a week. Did you work out on top of keto to get your results? NO! I only began lifting weights and a bit of yoga this last month. Why are your tattoos switched in the pictures? One image is taken in the mirror. How tall are you? 5’7” Will you stay on keto forever? YES, it makes me feel strong and sharp. Why would I want to go back to feeling like a sloth? What do you put in your morning coffee? Sugar free coffee mate and stevia. Italian sweet cream coffee mate is my only vice. Did keto effect you milk supply? (I’m a nursing mom) no, but I recommend not doing keto until your baby is eating solids and breastfeeding. Just as a precaution. All mamas supplies and nursing journeys are different. What do you do if you hit a weight loss plateau? I cut dairy for a few days and it works like a charm!
