Actress Michelle Rodriguez has been sentenced to six months in jail for violating her probation in her DUI case.
The L.A. City Attorney’s office said that the “Lost” actress not only failed to complete her required community service, but that she lied about it. She was in New York during the time she said she fulfilled her service requirement.
In addition, she drank alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol-monitoring advice.
She must head to an L.A. county jail by Dec. 24, and she won’t get out early. A Superior Court judge said she must finish the six months, then complete 30 days of road clean-up duty.
Michelle, 29, was placed on probation for two separate DUI incidents in 2003. In 2005, she was busted again for DUI in Hawaii and served just four hours in jail after violating her probation. She had also spent two days in a Honolulu jail cell.
