Britney Spears is blasting back into the spotlight.
Her comeback single, “Gimme More,” is heating up the web and confirming that those comeback rumors are true.
Britney opens her catchy new single by defiantly saying, “It’s Britney, b----,” and launching into the signature style that fans fell in love with her for.
But is Brit’s new song an ode to “Extra?”
She sings about “going the extra mile” and then chants “gimme gimme,” which sounds eerily similar to “Extra’s” franchise “Gimme Gimme!”
Her other new single, “Cold As Fire,” reportedly will be on her new album, which “Extra” has learned officially drops November 13.
First, Britney will rock the VMAs on September 9, and Friday night she’ll open LAX Nightclub in Vegas where she could perform “Gimme More.”
But while Britney is on the comeback train, her estranged hubby Kevin Federline is trying to get on the money train.
K-Fed reportedly wants Britney to pay his legal fees, and “Extra” has obtained new court documents claiming she rakes in around $700,000 per month. That’s $25,000 a day!
According to the documents, Kevin has “no net income after business expenses.”
