Will There Be a COVID-19 Surge After Easter?

“Extra’s” Nate Burleson spoke with Dr. Armand Dorian about how he believes the COVID-19 pandemic could be affected by Easter weekend.

Dr. Dorian pointed out, “When you get a lot of people together and you're in an indoor facility, the numbers will go up.”

“The good news, though, is that I think people have understood the importance of distancing and masking and we have a good chunk of the high-risk population vaccinated,” Dr. Dorian added. “So, hopefully, this bump won't be a surge.”

Dr. Dorian also discussed the possibility of vaccinating children in the near future. Watch!
