Miley Cyrus & Liam Hemsworth’s Split — What’s at Stake?
“Extra’s” Tanika Ray sat down with family law attorney Rebecca Zung at Universal Studios Hollywood, where she weighed in on Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth’s split.
As for what’s at stake in the $186-million divorce if Miley and Liam didn’t get a prenup, Rebecca said, “[California is] a community property state so anything they accumulated during the marriage will be community assets. They will have to split that equally.”
Rebecca also stressed that any earnings accumulated during their nine-month marriage is seen as community property.
