Mitch Albom’s Heartbreaking Realization About His Book ‘Finding Chika’
“Extra” spoke with best-selling author Mitch Albom, who promoted his book “Finding Chika: A Little Girl, an Earthquake, and the Making of a Family.”
Albom became emotional opening up about how his life changed forever when a Haitian orphan named Chika became a part of his family. After two years of living with his family, Chika died from a brain tumor in 2017.
He said, “She won’t ever read a word of this book. I just realized this, but she’ll influence a lot of people.”
