Three Tips for Improving Your Sleep During the COVID-19 Pandemic

“Extra’s” Jenn Lahmers spoke with Dr. Michael Breus, who explained how the COVID-19 pandemic can affect one’s sleep.

Breus, who known as “the Sleep Doctor,” said, “We’re worried about things that people have never had to worry about before, so it adds significantly to our anxiety, which makes it hard not only to fall asleep, but to stay asleep.”
