On Sunday night, “Extra’s” Jenn Lahmers spoke with “Ted Lasso” stars Jason Sudeikis and Brendan Hunt after the 2021 Critics Choice Awards.
The Apple+ show nabbed Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for Hannah Waddingham, Best Actor in a Comedy Series for Sudeikis, and Best Comedy Series.
Jason opened up about his acceptance speech, expanding on why his ex-girlfriend Olivia Wilde thought “Ted Lasso” would make a good TV show, while Brendan talked about dethroning “Schitt’s Creek” as Best Comedy.
