Tarek El Moussa Opens Up About the Time a Fan Helped Save His Life
“Flip or Flop” star Tarek El Moussa stopped by Universal Studios Hollywood, where he opened up to “Extra’s” Tanika Ray about his past health battle.
Back in 2013, a nurse named Ryan Reed reached out to his production company to let them know Tarek’s thyroid was enlarged and that he should see a doctor.
“I freaked out,” he explained. “It turned out I had thyroid cancer. Did more testing. Found out I had testicular cancer. This nurse Ryan she saved my life. I'm really lucky. She saved me.”
