Garth Brooks & Trisha Yearwood Dish on COVID-19 Charity Concert, Plus: Their Post-Pandemic Plans
Garth Brooks and his wife Trisha Yearwood are getting ready to do their part to help during the COVID-19 outbreak. The popular country music couple crashed Facebook last week after hosting a Facebook Live concert, where they sang their hits and took requests. Wednesday night, they will do the same from their Studio G, which will broadcast on CBS, donating a million dollars to charities for coronavirus relief.
“Extra’s” Billy Bush FaceTimed with Garth and Trisha, who shared what fans can expect. While Trisha said she has “no idea” what will happen, Garth said, “You never do, man — that’s the fun of it… We just take requests and trust me, it’s like turning your head and falling into warm bathwater… So this is gonna be nothing but fun right here, hopefully in a time when we all need it.”
