LOL! What Rob Lowe’s Sons Remind Him to Do on the Red Carpet
“Extra’s” Nate Burleson caught up with Rob Lowe at our Levi’s Times Square studio, where he promoted his FOX show “9-1-1: Lone Star.”
Along with promoting his show, he also dished on his secrets to staying young. He said, “Low carbs, try to be good with the sugar, and a healthy amount of protein.”
The 55-year-old even revealed a red-carpet secret, admitting, “When I’m with my boys at a big premiere, they say, ‘Dad, engage.'"
Lowe added, “I’m like, ‘You shouldn’t be saying that in front of people.’”
“9-1-1: Lone Star” premieres January 19.
