Portia de Rossi Talks What's Next After Acting
On Thursday, “Extra’s” Renee Bargh caught up with Portia de Rossi on the red carpet Thursday for the Season 5 premiere of the Netflix comedy “Arrested Development,” just days after revealing that she has retired from acting.
Earlier this week, Portia broke the surprising news on wife Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show. When asked if this was really the end of her acting career, Portia laughed, saying, “Well, I don’t think too many people believe it. I just felt like I was approaching 45 and I thought, 'What else is there for me to tackle and attempt?,' because I kind of knew what acting would look like for me.”
